Ludovic Byart Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: The grapes were whole bunch press, a portion then fermented on 500lt French Oak barrels for nine months, lees stirred once a month and after barrel maturation, an unwooded portion of tank fermented Chardonnay was blended back to give the perfect balance between wood and fruit. A wonderful food wine, best enjoyed slowly decanted and unhurriedly sipped.
